Land Office, Sleep & Offline Growth
Choose between sleeping, leaving offline and buying the next displayed expansion without conflating their effects.

THE SHORT ANSWER
The Land Office upgrades the farm and house. Read the current button cost and described effect before buying an expansion.
The official game description says crops keep growing while you are offline. Sleeping is a separate in-session condition: Kaydee enters the bahay kubo and reads a 1.5x growth prompt while sleeping. You can water and prepare your current plots, sleep while remaining in the game, or leave and return later for the ordinary offline growth. No source says that the sleeping multiplier persists after logout or supplies the full Land Office price ladder.
Follow the steps
- Plant and water your existing plots.
- For an in-session boost, enter the house and use its sleep interaction; look for the 1.5x prompt.
- If leaving the game, return later to inspect the crops that continued growing.
- Harvest and sell the grown fruit.
- At the Land Office, read the next farm/house upgrade's live cost and benefit before choosing it.
Choose the right growth condition

Sleeping while you stay in the game
Enter the bahay kubo and use the sleep interaction. Kaydee reads a 1.5× growth prompt in that state. Sleeping is useful to consider while you remain in the session.
Leaving and returning
The official description says plants grow offline. Plant and water before leaving, then inspect the garden when you return. The sleeping prompt does not establish that 1.5× continues after logout, and no offline cap is given in the acquired sources.
Buying an expansion
Go to the Land Office for farm and house upgrades. Compare the next displayed price and effect with your balance and current need for space. Farm and house upgrade prices were not captured as a reliable ladder.
