Follow the steps

Harvest ripe fruit from the plots you already planted.
Open Sell and choose the inventory-sale option.
Read the quoted peso total and confirm.
Open Index or Achievements and Claim completed rewards.
Use the resulting balance for an in-stock seed, an outstanding bill, or an upgrade whose price you have checked.

Check the offer before confirming

The tutorial says larger and rarer fruit sells for more. The game provides an offer for the actual inventory you are selling. Read it before choosing the confirmation; a sample batch total is not a price list for all fruit.

Use earned rewards too

Open completed Index and achievement entries and use Claim when it is available. The newer beginner video uses those rewards before buying two Jackfruit and one Rambutan, then plants code Mango Seeds.
